| WE LOVE OUR PENGUIN POOL!
We wanted to take this opportunity to tell you how
much we have enjoyed our new Penguin Pool!
We had our pooled installed on August 21 and have gotten
to enjoy it for several weeks. Brooke and Brittany have
really had fun with their cousins and each girl has had a
birthday pool party. I have always been a pool person, so I
am loving it. Neal has even found that he likes to go for a
swim now and then.
We are impressed with the materials used on the pool and
deck. They ar eof fine quality. We especially like the
aluminum deck and "walk around". The way the steps
going up to the deck fold and latch make a very nice safety
feature. Maintenance has been easy. I take care of most of
it myself. You have been very helpful and patient when I
called with questions about chemicals, etc.
I especially want to commend your company on keeping your
word on things. It's rare these days to find that a
salesperson tell you (verbally) that certain things
are included in your agreement and that is what you actually
get. Your company has stood behind your word 100%. That
means so much.
If you have any prospective customers in our area, feel
free to have them call and or come by. We will be happy to
show them our pool and visit with them about it. |
